2025 A-Class Midwinters
Second day for the regatta organized by the Uppers Keys Sailing Club. First day races were cancelled.
Both Open & Classic fleets are sailing together same course. Ravi Parent leads Foilers and Woody Cope Classics.
The big news from this event is Legend Randy Smyth new devel, a Canard rudders setup for his Classic A-Cat. We published a walk through video yesterday in our IG & FB accounts. Waiting for more pics to publish.
Randy scored mid fleet results 9th & 10th and a DNC. Surely tuning pending but seems the forward rudder and rear dagger setup is not say a log out of the box racing. Surely more time on the water might see its real potential.
