Seeing the AC75 and AC Youth boats, where they target min number of crews and even 50% of ‘sailors’ per boat in the AC75s are cycling, makes you wonder where sailing is heading. Its not a matter of performance per se or old school at all, just look at these TF35 foiling weapons with plenty of tech (sensors for control flight height included) and how each team members is dedicated to an specific trimming or handling task. Same for 69F or GC32.
