Nacra 15 Super Series 2023. Mazuay & Guignard #1st
Only one more race could be completed at Barcelona Sailing center due to storms and high winds. Still the youth fleet experienced high adrenaline in the first day trying to control the harsh racing conditions. The feedback I have from the Argie Nacra 15 who won Euros, Worlds and Gold Youth Olympics is that the Nacra 15 is a lively tricky little cat to sail in the breeze. Which in the end is a great preparation to continue the path upwards to the Nacra 17 Olympic cat, for those kids aiming for the Games.
For the rest, the Nacra 15 is an excellent platform to go A-Cat , F16 or F18 or any other performance Class, being cat or mono floating or foiling.
Final results Nacra 15 Super Series Barcelona International Sailing Center 2023 saw Marie Mazuay & Clement Guignard mantaing the lead to grab the overall by 2 pts ahead of Daniel & Nora Garcia. Third overall went to British crew Sam Cox & Sophie Raven.
