Nacra 17, Italian Olympic Classes Regatta: Bissaro & Frascari 1st

All images Martina Orsini / FIV. The Italian Olympic Classes championship was held this weekend at Formia, Italy, where the 2021 F18 Worlds took place.
Not many N17s entered the event but the locals don’t need that much fleet to have a competitive regatta with this lineup: Tita & Banti, Bissaro & Frascari (World Champs 2019) and Ugolini-Giubilei, the top Italian Youth performers..

Add Gimson & Burnet (Silver Tokyo) and Lange-Travascio to the mix.

Mixed wind conditions as can be seen in the pics above and reported by the FIV.
Bissaro & Frascari prevailed over Tita & Banti, putting pressure on the Rolex Sailors of the year, for them Not to relax ever! As two super fast Italian crews are on the line given the case.

We’ve heard Vito & Tita are teammates in Luna Rossa now.
