Perfect conditions for Day 4 at Enoshima. The mighty Italian Team continued their power drive with 2,1 & 2. Tita & Banti confirmed once more they are the ones to beat. But the stars of the day were Danish Lin Cenholt & Christian Lubeck who scored two bullets racing head to head vs ITA and the current top teams. Happy for them after the way they were left out toward Rio 2016. They now climb 6th overall.
Gimson & Burnet bet hard going to the right behind the fleet at the start, and showed some upwind foiling moments. The British team did a damage control day with 5,2 & 4 to maintain second overall with mathematical chances of Gold.
Kohlhoff & Stuhlemmer were racing close to Australia and managed to get ahead Jason & Lisa in 2 out of 3 races. The Aussies can achieve podium still so all open to define podium positions in the Medal Race.
Argies had a tough day for their medal aim, Ceci was sailing hard as always and later rightly stated that simply the other teams did better this time, hat off to her and Lange to trying to repeat, but the top teams are in other level this week.
