A-Cat sailing in Arg after 4 months

Sequence by Matias Capizzano. Rider, our friend Hernán Salerno, a known Naval Architect here in Arg. Hernán has joined the F18 fleet for our 2016 F18 Worlds and later he continued the usual path towards sailing an A-Cat too. He was a monohull sailor only till 2016, no turning back of course…!

Here in Buenos Aires the lockdown continues to infinite loop… a disgrace. But we are happy for our friend Hernán who could go out this weekend after 4 months of not being able to go out and sail. Mar del Plata is located 440kms down south of BA and they have opened activity already.

Boat is an Exploder A15 with Z22 and Cassettes rudders with latest 380mm winglets. We published a video of this platform in the past, great retrofit. Sail is a standard Landy re cut I made for previous owner. We will test it on the race course when possible, we another with same setup.

Later some news on European F18 regattas with the Costa Moricaine raid held this weekend at Erquy.
