Windfoil South Americans Day 3

Photos courtesy of Carlos Espinosa. Gold & Silver fleets were split today (43 sailors total). The Suabidet Birkner continue to dominate with our good friend Julito Saubidet guarding their nephews backs to maintain a momentary family podium.

Day started with light winds and lulls, making it for a tricky course race. Cold wind from the Andes came later to complete three more races.

Matías Zavala (1st Photo above) with 15 yrs old is currently in 2nd in the Silver fleet. Great future for the kid, I saw him sailing at the Arg Nats in November.

Today is the final day of the Regatta. Overall results after 12 races below, Gold fleet till 23rd Position.
