TNZ AC75 Te Aihe draft 3D Print Project

I’ve been working to finish two cats to deliver, one of my recreational RC16 and A-Cat, both used to be sold which needed some maintenance. Some work pending but now I think I will have time to get this draft model printed, more with current Corona Virus coming lock downs.

AC75 model Its the same version I published here, no further mods, now just playing around to get a good way to have it printed. In 2018 I bought a Prusa MK3 Kit, excellent printer in my view, awesome details and can print almost any material.

I’ve done some functional sailing parts already like the A-Cat daggercase inserts published in our Instagram, also another for an F18. Material used was PLA, holds pretty well.

Will play a bit with the AC75 model, to get right size and splits for a proper assembly (want arms to pivot etc) and finish detail. Once I have the print method / scale solved, will be updating to latest foils designs plus other Teams platforms.

Will be updating on the process.

I was wondering the same thing ??? At list cut a channel in the middle of the damned barge,or add an elevator to the rudder of an IMOCA and be done with it. This is just spending gazillions to go backward!
