Those who’ve been reading CSN for a while might remember Raphael Censier, the wonder French kid who made the first recorded legal A-Class flight. A kid back then he built the hulls and foils himself and we exposeD his work plenty at the time.
Now Raphael is back with this new Foiler, the Peacoq 14 a foiling monohull featured in video above. Soon more details on the project.

If I correctly read the results the overall winner this year is a Hobie16
