F16 Europeans 2018 @Hellecat: Day 2
Images by Dutch F16 Association , complete gallery available here. Le Chapelier-Folley socred 3 bullets out of 4 races yesterday at Hellecat, venue for the 2018 F16 Europeans. Their attack was not enough to grab the lead as Thomas & Eric Proust finished 2nd in three and 1st in race 7, performance enough to maintain lead and a 5pt gap after 8 races completed in two days.

Report on day 2 of the Europeans in the Netherlands:
Today we sailed 4 races in light conditions (around 8 knots) at Hellevoetsluis. The top 3 is now Proust/Proust still leading, le Chapelier/Folley in 2nd and Clabon/Berthomieu 3rd. Place 3 and 4 are mixed and youth teams!

Within the race it is also a close match between the solo teams.
Sun is still shining and social program organised by the club is perfect. Today was we had a captain’s diner and tomorrow we start the day with a brunch after which 5 races are scheduled in the afternoon. Tomorrow should be a bit more windy too.
