F18 Americas 2017 @ABYC: Charles Tomeo & Dalton Tebo Champs

Charles Tomeo & Dalton Tebo (Nacra Infusion) , from the Sarasota Sailing Squadron (host of the 2018 Worlds in Florida) won yesterday the 2017 Americas Championships after 15 races held in the entire wind range conditions. Ken & Eric Marshack were a bit behind in light winds in race 12 & 13, putting them in second place overall.  They are sailing a C2 with the new Decksweeper sail from Goodall Design and Ken is 66yrs old. Great performance by father & son scoring 6 bullets.
Tomeo & Tebo were super consistent thorugh the entire regatta weather conditions, worst score was a 9th , with seven 2nd  and a bullet in the final race.

Third place for Robbie Daniel & Gary Chew, also on a C2.
40 boats racing at the 2012 Worlds venue. The US fleet will host in Sarasota next year Worlds.
