How to promote the Sport?: Live Stream

While we keep hearing about promoting the sport of sailing through the Americas Cup with new plans and cost reduction etc, etc, they keep hiding the actual footage which is the final and key promotional asset.
Someone needs to tell Coutts & Ellison that they only need  Live stream to be widely available for Bermuda, and they will achieve first step on getting the kids interested in Sailing.
The product is there: Real extreme Foiling cats flying 40knots, the problem again is we cannot actually watch any of the action .
I hope at least they can repeat the coverage from AC34 Finals.
