HH Catamarans prepares to launch the ‘6601’

“The first in the new line of HH Catamarans, HH6601 is the ultimate synthesis of brains, beauty and performance. This impressive yacht was designed and constructed with a clear goal in mind – to be lighter, quicker and more luxurious than any of her predecessors. Test pool system checks are complete and final finishing has begun in Xiamen; best laid plans have 6601 hitting the water mid-April. After initial sea trials she will be delivered to Valencia and into the waiting arms of her owner and crew. This impeccable clear coated carbon yacht is sure to turn heads as she tears up the Med this summer. Stay tuned.

PUT A LID ON IT
With a flurry of activity surrounding HH6601, HH5501 quietly reached a major milestone of her
own: deck dry-fit! With only a minimal amount of manipulation required, the first of the 55s officially has a lid. This precision fit can be attributed to many of our designers’ and boat builders’ strengths; from accurate drawings, state-of-the-art tooling, and quality workmanship during layup and infusion, the entire team contributed to this near perfect fit. A major milestone indeed, and one that’s truly indicative of the talents and skills of this world class boat building team. HIRED GUNS
We are excited to announce the addition of two new members to our team. Marketing Pro Lauren Battaile and Captain Chris Bailet arrived at HH Catamarans headquarters in late March. Lauren and Chris will be assisting with the commissioning, sea trials, owner/crew training, and promotional efforts for HH6601. This dynamic duo brings with them a wealth of information and experience in the realm of luxury performance multihull sailing and, perhaps equally importantly, a keen sense of adventure and fun.

CERTIFIABLE
As the build and commissioning teams prepare for the launch of the first of the HH Cats, the in-house design and engineering teams are making their preparations for a final and most important task: overseeing the 66’s CE Certification. The process of CE certification ascertains that our boats have been constructed to internationally recognized ISO standards which promote safety, reliability and quality. The HH66 conforms to “Category A” for offshore yachts, meaning that the design and construction methods have attained the highest level of seaworthiness and the boat is ready for offshore passages with peace of mind.

CANNES NOT WAIT
