Good start for Santi Lange & Cecilia Carranza. Santi was recovering from a tough surgery from few months ago. The “recovery” period was done … sailing & training, the guy is a machine.

On the Americas continental slot fight De Fazio & Foglia are currently 33, Jason Hess & Irene Abascal from Gua in 37th and Yamil & Andrea Saba from Ven in 41st. (Arg & US have secured theirs)

US internal qualy has Mark & Carolina Mendelblatt in 5th ,  the sudden new player and Moth Master  Bora Gulari & Louisa Chafee in 7th and the crew who got the slot for US , Newberry & Whitehead, currently 15th. Still much to go, this event and coming  Nacra 17 Worlds will define the US representative.

The Spanish teams are also defining who is going to Rio with  Echavarri-Pacheco 17th and Martinez-Roman 18th. Top ten below. Full results Here
