Rio Test Event, Day 2 : Bundock-Curtis lead

Images Rio 2016 / Alex Ferro – Image left: Beau Outteridge / Australian Sailing Team – Website just being updated with complete results. Yesterday racing was cancelled due to lack of wind, today they had better conditions and the fleet managed to score 3 races. 

Darren Bundock & Nina Curtis leading after these first 3 races with two bullets. Behind the Australians the French super teams follow, Besson-Riou & Cammas-de Turckheim.

The Italian Star crew of the season is not present, Bissaro & Sicouri missed the opportinuty to sail at the 2016 venue.
ARG148 had a new helm for this event, Mateo Madjalani, AC45 Youth helm, and part of the Lange team, replacing Santi for Rio, and preparing his path for 2020?
