Update: 3 Final races completed today for Gold Fleet. Top 3 Prov are Besson , Saxton, Bissaro. Mulder-Visser had a hit at the start of 2F and they clearly were too slow in the final race ending 24, surely with water inside as reported by Tony Mels.

Photo Above Thom Touw: And I thought grils couldn´t keep the pace with men crew, but hardcore sailors like Silvia Sicouri are leading the way in the Prov top 4 after 8 races. This is a remarkable fact as the feedback I got is that the N17 is super demanding and even harder for crews than the F18.

Update: Thijs Visser: “Just had a horrible day. R1: someone crashed into us and made a hole in our boat and had a big leak. R2: rudder broke off” , sadly no redress for Mandy & Thijs that were top 3 candidates. Bissaro was dsq in the final race, they lost 3rd place but maintained Medal chance in 8th Overall.
