Windrush Edge on the Rise & available to charter at Grossetto
The Windrush Edge had some really good results at the AUS F18 Nats and also in UK. Edge & Tornado builder/rider Brett Burvill here with an update of their boat towards Italy Worlds. —
Report By Brett Burvill / windrushyachts.com.au: “There has been interest in the boats now after strong results last year by William Sunnucks of the UK , winning the UK national titles and the Belgium national titles .
Chris Field has been sailing another Edge with Oli Egan of the UK but cant make the worlds.
I may end up steering the Original Orange Edge with Oli if plans turn out for the best.
We have loaded the container yesterday with 4 x F18 Edge’s and 3 x Tornado’s for the trip to Genoa and then onto through Italy to Spain for the various worlds.
There is still 1 Edge available ( Red boat in pics ) for charter at the worlds and we are willing to sell them after the event.
The boats have been arranged to sail by 3 crews already with Italian team Matteo Feragglia among them.So there is one left to charter for the F18 Worlds at Grossetto”
