F18 French Nats 2013: Gurvan Bontemps & Benjamin Amiot Champs
Images Pierrick Contin www.pierrickcontin.fr — Nice windy conditions at Brest. Bontemps-Amiot score 7 bullets out of 9 races on one of the most competitive local fleets around. I didn´t had the insription list before the event, Besson Lagarrigue didn´t participate, but the dark horses for this event, Romain and Valentin Bellet responded with a great third among a talented group of F18 sailors.
Pierre Yves Durand & Max Haineville were second , Manu Boulogne and his son 4th. Recent Eurocat winner in the C1 division, Emmanuel Le chapelier & Paul Noirot 5th and Nieminem-Backes 6th.
Boats if I’m right are: Cirrus R, C2, C2, Cirrus R & C2 for the top five.
Inscriptions for the F18 Worlds at Grossetto have been opened on a first come first serve basis now and 160 teams are already registered. 200 is the limit so hurry up.
