Reply: Cats don´t tack…only for those who don´t know how to sail them. Proved thousand times with newbies coming from monos everytime I take them out for a ride on the F18.

    George Johns should do a video of the AC45 fleet speeding to a windwark mark, then all getting hopelessly stuck in irons, total confusion triggering recriminations on every boat, overheard with the 'enhanced online broadcasting'. Would be a riot?

    Getting stuck in irons??? You make no sense Blackburn, why would a bunch of pros sailing some of the sexiest boats on the water get stuck in irons?

    And the irreverent video material from Johns is what I like best.

    From ACRM's write-up about this first fleet exercise it was clear some of Martin's dinosaurs were there, occupying the trampolines!
