Tornado Europeans: Circolo Torbole, September 15- 18

Tornado European Championships – 15th – 18th September
This year’s Tornado European championships start next Wednesday 15th September and run through to Saturday 18th September.
The event is being run by Circolo Vela Torbole in the beautiful location of Torbole, Lake Garda, Italy.
This year we’ll have 41 entries so far and promises to provide great racing for the sailors. A variety of sailors have entered the championships with teams from Australia, Germany, Italy, Greece, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic and Switzerland. Four of the top five boats from the World Championships have entered but this time Brett Burvill is staying in Australia and his crew Ryan Duffield has flown back to Europe to helm the Tornado. Can ITA President Roland Gaebler and his wife Nahid also take victory in the European championships?
