Where’s Darren Bundock?
Bundy is going through a heal process on his injured knee. He missed the F18 Worlds and the command post at BT VX40 on the iSharesCup. As the Tornado is out for now from the Olympics, Darren started training 49er!? We all hope for the 11th medal back, and with it, the Tornado comeback…
If not Bundy will be training hard on a rather fast skiff monohull, and for sure he will succeed as my fellow countryman ‘Camau’ Espinola did migrating from Windsurf to Tornado.
Talent and hard training can be applied to any sailing craft, so multihull or not, Darren will be sailing 2012 Olympics on a 49er, or a Laser or whatever slowdown monohull the ISAF throws at him…
